Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or customized items unless faulty. This policy maintains standards as rigorous as our fabric selection process.

Returns Process

  2. Await Authorization: Our style consultants will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Return items using protective packaging equal to our shipping standards.

For exchanges, please follow the returns process above, specifying your desired alternative item (subject to availability). We’ll process your exchange with the same attention to detail as our pattern cutting.
