Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over £50

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or customized items unless faulty. This policy maintains standards as rigorous as our fabric selection process.

Returns Process

  2. Await Authorization: Our style consultants will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Return items using protective packaging equal to our shipping standards.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Bath headquarters using a tracked service (return shipping is at customer’s expense).

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please follow the returns process above, specifying your desired alternative item (subject to availability). We’ll process your exchange with the same attention to detail as our pattern cutting.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Exchange items will be shipped via your original delivery method unless otherwise requested.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of incorrect or faulty items. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
